Course description
Microsoft Project is one of the most powerful tools for planning and controlling projects. The Advanced course will teach you not only how to use standard functionality, but also how to manage resources, costs, baselines, and customized reports, which allows managers to manage complex projects accurately and efficiently.
My work has been in the program since 2011, and I have been teaching since 2015. I have trained 3,000+ participants from over 100 organizations in Microsoft Project (both as part of a project management course and independently in the program).
Course Objective
The goal of the course is to provide managers and project leaders with in-depth knowledge in using Microsoft Project — so they can manage complex schedules, resources, and costs, control change, and optimize results in real-world organizational projects.
Duration: 12 hours (6 sessions)
Schedule: Monday, Friday. 2025
Format: Online
Certificate: Bilingual
Price: 800 GEL
What will you learn in this course?
-
How to use the MS Project interface, settings, and scheduling logic on real projects
-
How to build a complete WBS, schedule, and critical path
-
How to manage resources, costs and overallocation
-
How to set baselines and prepare customized reports
-
How to use additional features (calendars, columns, overtime, multiple baselines) and adapt them to real projects
Outcome: After completing the course, you will be able to effectively manage complex and multi-phase projects in MS Project — fully control resources and costs, plan and analyze the critical path, use baselines and customized reports.
